Almost halfway through the 87-88 season and another three points for Middlesbrough in their so far so good promotion campaign. Stoke City are the visitors to Ayresome Park and are beaten 2-0 by goals from Gary Hamilton and Bernie Slaven. This Boro side had a lot of future big names and important players but Hamilton was the real driving force. The game appears to have been shot on special cine film on this occasion and I'm not sure what Paul Kerrs little solo celebration after Hamiltons goal is all about!
